To request a refund, please send an email to [email protected] within 14 days of your original purchase date. Please include your order email address or order number so we can locate your transaction.
Once we receive your request, our Merchant of Record (Paddle) will process the refund. The funds will be returned to your original payment method. Please allow 3-5 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Upon receiving a refund, your access to Rhythm Bootcamp will be revoked.
